High Drive - Terms and Conditions


All orders ship within 2 business days.

Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.


If your product comes in different sizes, please use our size chart in the product listing to prevent errors in ordering. We usually have videos on our How To page to help as well.


If you are looking for a custom order for your club or looking for specific colours or sizing please contact us, we require prepayment for all custom orders and shipping time varies depending on our stock and suppliers.


We primarily use Canada Post, United States Postal Service, and FedEx but also offer other overnight carriers.


At this time we are only set up to offer shipping to Canada and the United States, if you live elsewhere please contact us through our Contact Us page for more details.


We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

  •  Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

  • We offer free shipping for orders over $60.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Custom orders are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective, however, please contact us if you have experienced issues.

If your item is less than $15 please contact us prior to returning.

Additional non-returnable items:

      • Gift cards

      • Opened or damaged products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

      • Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

      • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bark@highdrive.ca and send your item to:

A return sticker will be included in your package for ease of return, but a $12 restocking fee will be reduced off of your refunded amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
